Rules

REGISTRATION

* Online Registration: Secure your class and number before the event through official Future Stars Racing channels

(check Instagram or fsr21.com for updates).

* Trackside Registration: Available until the start of practice on race day. $10 late fee per class.

ELIGIBILITY

* Race Director has final say on entries.

* FSR membership is required.

* Minimum of 3 riders to make a class - small classes may be combined.

* Riders must wear proper safety gear: helmet, boots, goggles, long sleeves/pants.

* All riders must attend the rider meeting.

* Rider age is based on January 1st of the current year.

* Parent/guardian must stay at the track all day and sign waivers with valid ID.

* Birth certificate or passport must be presented within 7 days if requested.

RACING NUMBERS

* Pre-registered riders get first pick on numbers.

* On-site registration is first come, first served.

* Numbers must be displayed on front and both side plates.

CLASS BREAKDOWN

* Starter: New racers only. daily Top 3 = move up unless waived.

* Beginner: First-year riders. champion and riders in top 3 throughout a series = move up unless waived.

*More experienced but not yet in age/open classes. 5 wins = move up.

* Race Director can move riders based on performance or safety.

* Exemptions can be requested (fee: $50).

STACYC & ELECTRIC BALANCE BIKE RULES

* All comparable bikes (12", 16", 18", 20") from any brand may race in standard STACYC and E-bike classes.

* Sprocket Rule: 12" and 16" Stock Limited classes may run 1 tooth up from stock on the motor sprockets.

* STACYC branding is not required. If it fits the class, it races.

STACYC & E-BIKE EQUIPMENT CLASSES

* Stock Limited: Stock drive train required. 16" may run brush-less motor. Upgrades allowed: bars, seats, grips, levers, tires, etc. Sprocket may go up 1 tooth.

*All 20v STACYC comparable batteries allowed in all limited classes (no li-po, no high output, no controls) nothing over 20v

* Open Class: When available All modifications allow batteries over 21V. Li-Po batteries Ect.

* Super STACYC (when offered): Full mods allowed including high-voltage, suspension, and frames. For expert riders

only.

* No pushing from crew on the line. All crew must exit when the 15-second board is up.* Helmet, gloves, closed shoes, long sleeves and pants are mandatory.

* Bring extra batteries to avoid missing motos.

MINI CYCLE (GAS & E-BIKE) RULES

* Riders may race up a class but cannot race back down a class

* 50cc Open Class: Max 61cc. Max age: 9. Engine, pipe, carb, and ignition mods allowed. Must keep OEM wheel size.

* E2 Stock: No controller or battery mods. Modified E2s must race Open.

* Stock Limited Mini Cycles must use stock piston, pipe, carb, silencer, ignition. No flywheel or stator mods.

* All brands like KTM, Cobra, Honda, etc., are welcome in eligible classes.

EQUIPMENT & RIDER FLEXIBILITY

* Riders may race more than one class.

* Smaller bikes may race in higher displacement classes.

* Race Director can move riders based on dominance.

PIT & CONDUCT RULES

* No foul language, fighting, or crutches on track.

* Respect other racers, families, and staff.

* Use trash cans - keep the pits clean.

* No open-toe shoes on the track.

* Pets must be leashed or contained.

DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY

No drugs allowed at the track.

* Violators will be disqualified or suspended.

* PEDs = 1-year ban. Protest drug test = $750. Refusal = DQ.

START GATE & TRACK CONDUCT

* Only one mechanic allowed per rider in staging.

* Riders must be ready at the gate with their bike when class is called

* Repairs must be done in the pit area only.

* No track cutting or riding backward. Re-enter safely.

* Two-way radios allowed during practice only. Not permitted during racing.

FLAG MEANINGS

* Checkered: Race complete.

* White: One lap to go.

* Yellow: Caution - no passing.

* Red: Race stopped.

*Green: start of the race opening lap.

* Black: Report to Race Director immediately.

POINTS SYSTEM & FORMAT

* Riders must complete practice to race.

* Scoring: 1st=25 pts, 2nd=20, 3rd=15, 4th=10, 5th=5

* Must complete 75% of the race to earn points and 75% of the series for championship points (as of July, 2025)

*One class champion per class with 2nd,3rd runners up prizes

*Top 3,and 5 to the podium( Depending on the number of rounds run in a series) 4 rounds (Top 3) 5-6 rounds (Top 5) including divisions (if split)

* Tiebreaker: Most wins, final-round finish.

DISCIPLINE & SUSPENSIONS

* Disqualifications for: lying, dangerous riding, bribery, verbal or physical abuse.

* Suspensions (up to 1 year) for: fighting, online harassment, track-side Drug intoxication, behavior harmful to FSR.

PROTESTS

* Protests must be submitted within 10 minutes of race finish.

* Must be in the same class as the protested rider.

* Fees: Starter/Beg. eligibility: $100, STACYC sprocket: $25, Age: $25, Piston: $100

* Winning protester gets 50% of the fee (cash only
